How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen tap “Forgot password” and enter your email. We send you a link to set a new one.
My OBD reader will not connect.
Use a Bluetooth Low Energy reader (OBDLink CX, Vgate iCar Pro BLE or vLinker BLE). Turn the ignition on, make sure the reader is plugged in, and allow Bluetooth for Appraise in your phone settings. iPhones cannot use classic Bluetooth ELM327 readers.
Which vehicles can I scan?
Any 1996 or newer vehicle with an OBD-II port. Generic OBD-II reads powertrain codes, not airbag, ABS or body modules.
How do I add a teammate?
Open the app, go to Team and invite them by email. They join your dealership and see its appraisals and rates.
How do I cancel?
You can change or cancel your plan any time from your account in the app, or email us and we will do it for you.
